Wykład poświęcony jest dwóm kluczowym koncepcjom, które kształtują obraz współczesnej gospodarki, produkcji i społeczeństwa. Przemysł 4.0, oparty na cyfryzacji, automatyzacji oraz połączeniu świata fizycznego i cybernetycznego, zmienił sposób, w jaki produkujemy, pracujemy i żyjemy. Nadchodzący paradygmat 5.0 rozszerza tę perspektywę — stawia w centrum zainteresowania człowieka, zrównoważony rozwój oraz odporność systemów, a nie wyłącznie efektywność i postęp technologiczny.

Uczestnicy uzyskają przegląd kluczowych technologii i filarów obu koncepcji, zrozumieją ich wzajemne relacje oraz krytycznie ocenią ich wpływ na rynek pracy, strategie przedsiębiorstw i życie codzienne. Wykład osadza omawiane zagadnienia w aktualnym kontekście — od rozwoju generatywnej sztucznej inteligencji, przez agendę klimatyczną, aż po zmiany geopolityczne w globalnych łańcuchach produkcyjnych.

Annotation:
The lecture focuses on two fundamental concepts that are shaping today’s economy, production, and society. Industry 4.0, based on digitalization, automation, and the interconnection of the physical and cyber worlds, has transformed the way we produce, work, and live. The emerging 5.0 paradigm expands this perspective — placing people, sustainability, and system resilience at the center of attention, rather than focusing solely on efficiency and technological progress.

Participants will gain an overview of the key technologies and pillars of both concepts, understand their mutual relationship, and critically assess their impact on the labor market, corporate strategies, and everyday life. The lecture places these topics in the current context — from the rise of generative AI, through the climate agenda, to geopolitical changes in global production chains.
