Speaker's biographical note:

Mariusz Naczk was born in 1975. A graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Poznan, Institute of Physical Education in Gorzow Wielkopolski (2000). In 2008 PhD in physiology, dissertation: "Force development and relaxation in flexor and extensors muscles of the elbow and knee joints during isometric contractions in young men" In 2016 on the basis of the publication cycle "Effectiveness of inertial training in young men using Inertial Training Measurement System he obtained a postdoctoral degree. In 2017-18 he was the Head of the Department of Physiological Sciences at the University of Physical Education in Poznan. Since 2018 – professor in Collegium Medicum, University of Zielona. Since 2019 - Head of the Institute of Health Sciences, Collegium Medicum, University of Zielona Góra. Author of many publications worldwide and books for students. Researcher specializing in inertial training and rehabilitation. Mariusz Naczk examines the impact of inertial exercise on the health status and functionality of disabled. Moreover, he studied effectiveness of inertial rehabilitation in patients after acute and chronic injuries or chirurgical interventions. Co-innovator of ITMS (Inertial Training Measurement System) and Cyklotren training systems (patent No PL 230 352) A member of several associations, eg Association of Lubusz Innovation Network or the Baczyna Bulls Sports Association. Propagator of an active lifestyle, personal trainer, instructor of alpine skiing and many other sports.
